Biogard CHG is a composition of 70% v/v ethyl alcohol and 0.5% chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG). It is used as an anti-microbial hand rub and mositurizer. The solution is highly effective against transient and resident microbes on the hands. Leaves a persistent protection for three to six hours.
